Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin Mare

  • 60 ml Creme de Mure

  • 60 ml Carmenere Red Wine

  • Top with Cava Brut Nature

Method

Add the Gin Mare, Creme de Mure and Red Wine to a mixing glass filled with ice, stir till cold and strain into a champagne glass. Top with cava.

Glassware

Champagne flute.

Garnish

Garnish with Thyme sprig, Raspberry and Blackberry.
